primarily representative of modern Maine artists. An extra
side porch, nestled in the treetops, offers an escape
for reading or relaxation. Master bedroom suite with queen
size bed and television opens onto the side porch. Upstairs
front bedroom with a pair of twin beds sleeps three with
windowseat. Loft bedroom sleeps two with comfortable trundle
bed. Amenities of the house include CD player, television,

in cool pastels. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated
with new cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding glass
door that opens to a sunny southern deck. Upstairs there
is a second bedroom that has twin beds and a TV Adjacent
is a small loft bedroom and bathroom. All beds have new
spreads and linens. The townhouse two bicycles, beach
chairs, loungers, water toys, and BBQ for your outdoor
enjoyment. A preferred rate will be given for rentals

Pete's" is a harbor/waterfront townhouse waith a
breathtaking view of the sunrise. It's just steps away
from the beach with full access to pool, tennis and club
facilities. Pete's 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse with extra
"hidden" bedroom can accommodate 6 people. The
"Captains Quarters" has a private bath and porch.
There is a large T.V., VCR, and Sony Play Station in the
livingroom. Barbecue and beach chairs are in a special
storage room. Come hideaway at "Pirate Pete's."

from home. We welcome you to our townhouse on gorgeous
North Captiva Island. The downstairs storage area is equipped
with plenty of pool and beach toys to make your stay fun
for the whole family. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms and
2 bathrooms, plus another, smaller bedroom with a sleeper
sofa - great for children or adults. There is another
sleeper sofa in the living room as well. We are also equipped
with TV's VCR's, videos and games. But don't spend your
time indoors...take a ride in the golf cart and explore
the beauty of the island: the beach, the clubhouse, the
tennis courts, the fishing, and the wildlife. We invite

Captiva allows couples and families to reconnect with

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse with the extra loft bedroom
can accommodate 6 people. The loft area is really suitable
for children, but adults have found it comfortable. On
your first morning, get up early to watch the sun rise
over the harbor. Sit in the screened porch with a cup
of coffee and watch the eastern horizon light up with
spectacular color and listen to the birds. It's a great
way to watch the island awaken to start another day in
paradise. Our family has made many memories over the years
on this wonderful island, and we hope you can create some
